It's amazing how many people are working at any given time and they still take 10 or 15 min to get an order filled. I never liked dunkin and this location has sealed the deal for me. Will drive to Henrietta to get Starbucks - they care and staff like their jobs.

There have been multiple times that they are out of items, understaffed, etc. We almost always go to another location just to avoid the possibility this will happen. My son asked me to get him a drink and some croissants after school in the afternoon. I decided to go inside. There were only two people working. Ahead of me was a group or family- they were ordering a lot while their 3 children ran around the dining room in circles (not DD’s fault of course). I patiently waited for 20 minutes to just order a Refresher and 3 croissants. When it was my turn to order, the person told me they were unable to accept credit cards- cash only. She said the card reader was down and said “but just pay cash!” I did tell her that it’s uncommon for people to carry cash anymore (and I didn’t have any on me)—she just stared at me and said I could get in my car, drive around through the drive thru to place and get my order, because THAT card reader was working. I just said “OK” and walked out. I most definitely didn’t go to the drive-thru to order. I don’t understand why she couldn’t take my order and/or use the drive thru register (she said the card reader worked there). It wouldn’t have taken much effort to do this: by now there was no one inside the store and no one in the drive thru. I didn’t appreciate the wait, the inconvenience and the poor customer service: plus I came home without anything for my son. Oh, well! A good reminder for us to not go to this location again.

She got my order wrong ,and when i proceeded to ask for her to simply add cream she rolled her eyes and when she handed it back she practically threw it at me.
