I made a mobile order at 11:18 for breakfast I get there at 11:27 there’s two cars ahead of me I finally get to the mic at 11:31 and the person at the drive thru tells me we can’t fulfill your order it’s past 11:30. I said I was here before 11:30 that’s not my issue if there was people infront of me. Two people told me it can’t be done. When I got to the window I asked for the managers name the guy told me her name was Sophia. Then a male shows up and I asked are you Sophia he says no I’m Freddy that he’s the manager. So employees are confused as to who’s the manager on duty for some reason. I specifically said manager not supervisor so I don’t know where the confusion was. Eventually the manager said he’ll so what he can do but he’s not sure then I Questioned why wouldn’t the other employees see what they could have done? And he didn’t have a response. I would not recommend this place at all it’s like once 11:30 hits on a Sunday their brain can’t comprehend breakfast orders that were already placed. And now I have to wait 1-3 business days to be refunded as well.
