  I ordered breakfast - which was still available - from my car at home, then drove to the location to pick it up. By the time I got there it was canceled. I asked why and the girl at the counter first was like a deer in headlights, then said it’s too late. I explained that it was still available and allowed me to order on the app (prior to cut off time). She shrugged and said I took too long to pick it up, which was not the case. I understand it was near the cut off time, but if the option to order and pick up is available then the order should be honored, not canceled. If it can’t be, then move up the ordering cut off time through the app so people don’t waste their time. Also, some customer service training would go a long way.

  This is stupid making us wait at the door like dogs in the middle of night in this cold and the workers dont even check if there is anyone and when you go to drive they just shush to go to window

  I ordered a large fries, Dr Pepper and a snack wrap. I got a coke and small fries instead after a 15 minute wait Safe to say Im never ordering from here again. The levels of inaccuracy is wild

  I went today specifically for the Grinch Meal limited time offer. You get to choose from a Big Mac or a 10 piece Chicken McNuggets. The meal includes medium fries, a drink, dill pickle season salt, a bag to shake up the salt with the french fries and a sealed bag containing one of 4 varieties of The Grinch socks. Let's not forget the box it comes in!! Truly a Happy Meal for Adults!! The Grinch is all over this thing!!. The price is about $15. Sometimes that varies depending on your location. To say this little indulgence made me happy is really not covering the excitement I had today when they handed me this box!! Is this what a child feels when they get a Happy Meal?!? I chose the Big Mac version. Of course, it was delicious , as always. The french fries I wasn't sure I wanted to sacrifice to the Dill Pickle flavor entitely so instead I took a few and sprinkled the flavoring on. Although what they want you to do is empty the french fries into the shaker bag, add the flavoring and then shake it up. For myself , these few fries were enough to get the idea. Heavy on the vinegar flavor, I didn't get the pickle as a strong flavor. And the socks...I would say mid-calf length and a nice medium weight. Not a thin or flimsy sock. Bright vivid colors. The deal won't last long. The Grinch may not approve but he definitely put a big Whoville smile on my face today!!

  Once again, I hate to give a bad review, but when the place is empty at night, I used an ap to get a delivery, The delivery service guy told me he waited over 15 minutes for a simple order, no one was in the drive thru, and he said he rang the bell at the window they made him(or her) wait outside and then he Apologized and re assign the order, he sent me a picture of the drive thru all employees standing around laughing. Do not use the Mcdonalds it is very poorly run. Then I got old food, why should I bother. I hope Doordash Uber Eats takes notice and uses a different store so they can fire some of these so called employees.
