I am done thus McDonalds should be closed. I now o my go to the one up the block as theyre more professional. But this place always had my orders wrong in pick up or delivery. Delivery is way worse. They do not follow directions they give wrong items or dont give the items at all but still charged for it. Then they have an attitude about it when you ask for your money back. I have told all my family and friends to not go there anymore. The one down the block is better and I never had any issues with them I suggest go there it's less than 5 minutes.

I asked why and the girl at the counter first was like a deer in headlights, then said it’s too late. I explained that it was still available and allowed me to order on the app (prior to cut off time). She shrugged and said I took too long to pick it up, which was not the case. I understand it was near the cut off time, but if the option to order and pick up is available then the order should be honored, not canceled. If it can’t be, then move up the ordering cut off time through the app so people don’t waste their time. Also, some customer service training would go a long way.
