  Do not come here thinking you’re gonna get a nice late night sweet treat because they have online that they close at 12 AM when in reality they close up at 11 PM.

  I had such a great experience at this cookie shop! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the manager (I believe she was the manager but I didn’t catch her name) was especially kind and welcoming. I originally wanted a cookie that they only had one left of, and while they were telling me about their promotions, they kindly offered to make a fresh one for me if I wanted, I ended up buying three cookies, and she made them fresh on the spot. You don’t usually get that level of warmth and customer service, but it really stood out here. I’ll definitely be coming back. Also, the gingerbread cookie is AMAZING…. please bring it back more often! Because of the experience I had, especially with the manager, I’m 100% coming back

  First time at chip city and I was welcomed by Qasim and all I can say is thank you for the hospitality! After a heavy day at work it made my day. Also cookies are freaking fire , thank you again !

  Always great quality. When they first opened long lines and no stock but now there's absolutely no wait time and cookies are always delicious and love the monthly flavors. The interior decor is so bright and cute plus, they give free coins to play the machine!

  I had a great dine-in experience at Chip City in North Babylon. The process was super easy from start to finish, and everything felt really smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and the cookies were fresh and delicious. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again.
