  Door dash and to go orders take forevvvvvverrrrrrr. How hard is it to make cheeseburgers. No more than 2 people waiting in line takes 15-20 mins to get an order completed. As a chef this is absolutely pathetic

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Service I have ever experienced. Totally understaffed and overworked, no organization. Genuinely had a terrible time the staff yelled at ME the freaking customer. Honestly the place should be closed down. Waited 20 minutes to order and another to get to the window who asked what I ordered then I said well don’t you remember off the top of my head? The guy went immediately to his manager and told him I wanted to order something different and all i said was I can’t remember exactly what I ordered. And the manager then yelled at ME for not knowing off the top of my head. Terrible service, honestly thought I was going to get mugged in the drive through. Would NEVER go again and honestly made me never want to travel to New York or here again. Good riddance.

  The staff on Pine Avenue is not aware that DOORDASH, the app itself now gives the drivers violations on orders that take longer than 10 to 15 mins to complete. Whoever manages this particular branch should make sure that the staff members do not come to work high and so distracted I have received my second violation already for the same incident. Figure it out folks…..

  I could have thrown 40 bucks in their over filled garbage can and ate out of it and got the same food quality. They couldnt even get the order right. When we got to the pick up window in the drive thru the lady told us she don't even have our order even though we just paid for it at the window prior. She made us pull around to wait for our order. We waited for 20 minutes for our food to be brought out to us only to give us a sarcastic sorry. When I looked in our bag we were missing part of the order forcing me to walk in which wasn't pleasant as I am disabled. The one on the boulevard is way better!!!! If you can avoid this wackdonalds and go to a different one that would be your best bet!!!

  This is the worst possible fast food place to go to in this town. The workers are so rude and the orders will take forever no matter what day or time. This place is never "fast food" . The workers also have overcharged people and pocketed the change multiple times, from many costumers who are local to the area,food is always soggy, and if they give you the wrong order or take 30 minutes and you say something the workers act disgusting rude and nasty. Clearly no one is trained here on how to treat costumers and management clearly doesnt care. Just look at the other reviews. They all say the same thing. Its statistically impossible all of us are lying or overreacting.
