    ATTENTION CORPORATE:PLEASE READ!!!! VERY VERY RUDE!!!! Put an order in through DoorDash for a biggie bag and a Frosty. I called the store asking for them to please either put the frosty in a sealed bag or sg least seal it with a sticker. Last time I got mg order it was not sealed and there were chunks missing out of it ( never trust DoorDash Drivers) The person who answered was extremely rude and said we don't do that. When I tried explaining my food got tampered with last time he. Hung up. Tried several times that evening to call back and speak to thr manager. Did not answer. Called next morning to speak to general manager. No answer. I have contacted Door Dash who is opening an investigation into the merchant ( Door Dash Confirmed all food and drinks must be sealed ) I also contacted Wendy's Corporate to file a complaint against the store . NOT ONLY DID YOU LOSE AN ORDER, YOU LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!!!

    Such horrible service. I can't even believe that a restaurant like this can stay open. I ordered a potato through the app, that's all I wanted. They didn't have it and they won't refund my money because it was done through the app. But because they said I already picked it up, the app doesn't believe me. I just wanted a potato for myself on Valentine's Day and I can't believe the experience I had.

    Pretty awful. Gave me a salad that should’ve been discarded yesterday. Also spent $6 on a frost and I’m missing 1/3 of the frosty. Terrible.

    Walked from the truck stop across the street around 845pm & the door was locked with dining room shut down. The sticker on the door says the dining room closes at 10pm
