Manager working at the counter was rude and I ordered 2 original crispy chicken sandwiches and he gave me the kids meal chicken sandwich. Won't be going back if he is at the counter. And no wonder nobody stays there and work with the rude manager

It's 8.29 on 10/16 and I ordered a bacanator meal, 2 bacon cheese biggie bags and a bacanator fries... They forgot to give me my bacanator fries with his almost a $5 side and I was told that even after patiently waiting over 30 minutes that Bec I left I can't get them ...total bullshit because I was completely respectful about waiting and shish and then they pull that knowing I had 2 little kids with me who were agitated due to hunger. So folks DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BAGS EVERY TIME YOU GO HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL Steal YOUR MONEY!!!!

Rude staff, cold food and an employee vaping while inside sitting two tables from us. We waited 15 minutes for our food only for it to be cold, not to mention overcooked! Staff and management were extremely rude and after we complained, they were argumentative and not once did they offer to make things right! This was our first time at this location and NEVER will I go back.
