- TTTrxie1 day ago1.0This Taco Bell used to be so good. Unfortunately, the service staff is ruining it. We ordered on Friday night, and took it back to our hotel. Once we got in, we saw we weren't given any sauces (we asked for a few milds). The nachos had a mound of the meat/beans just dumped in the middle (it was cold), the Mexican pizza was mushy and the chicken wrap was over done. I returned today, and asked if the person at the counter was the manager - she said she was the shift manager, so I explained what happened on Friday - it was pretty clear she couldn't care less (mumbled 'that sometimes that happens'). It's too bad that the existing customer facing staff is going to lose them business.
