Our tray of pizza was served after an hour of waiting. Then, we waited another 20 mins for the rest of our food. When one of us finally got up to ask our waitress who had not been over to check on us at all, we were surprised to find out the kitchen staff boxed up the rest of our food and it had been sitting out the entire time. To top it off, we were charged with everything we ordered and automatic gratuity because we were a large party. The waitress tried to blame the kitchen staff, but as a former waitress myself, I would have been asking where my table’s food was. This is a long time establishment in NF and food is typically good. Hopefully they get more competent staff.

On top of that, the blue cheese I ordered was missing. When I called, I was initially told the order would be remade. Shortly after, I was told it wouldn’t be because I “was never charged for the blue cheese,” which completely missed the point—the issue was the overall service and quality. The most upsetting part was the interaction with the manager. She was extremely rude, cut me off repeatedly, and wouldn’t allow me to explain my concerns. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Between the long wait time, cold food, missing items, and poor customer service, I will not be ordering from here again.
