  While the employees at this location are nice and friendly, I always have an issue when I come through the drive thru! For whatever reason, I’m almost always missing something and it’s VERY frustrating! Please do better….🤷🏽‍♀️

  I generally do not go out to restaurants a lot, but I have been here a couple times within the last month because the people I were with wanted to go here. The staff is okay but nothing great, the coffee has been cold both times, and I know closer to the end of their day that they won’t have a lot of baked goods, but they could make them look more presentable.

  Terrible drive through experience,the young man that took my order spoke like he was in a hip hop song instead of a customer service position,which tracks because almost every guy in the kitchen,had their pants around the bottom of their rear ends. They took a solid 10-15 minutes for a pick 2 with mac and cheese and a sandwich,asked for no onions,and of course there was onions,also they forgot my baguette. As I sat there waiting for my food I watched employees laughed and carried on. While they worked slowly on what I presume to be one of the last orders of the night.

  1st time to Panera! Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the food options were outstanding! Soup and salad were fantastic!
