Yesterday feb 28,2026, sent some one to get me 4, fish sandwich's opened the sandwich and noticed there weren't any tartar sauce on it, opened the other 3 sandwich's no sauce on those either, went back and there was a young lighter skinned man at the register whom i assumed was a manager only because it was him& a young lady in the back preparing the food, i explained there's no sauce on my fish sandwich's and he apologized to me& explained there wasnt any, asked me if theres any thing else i would like or if there's any thing he could do to make right, i asked for my money back and nothing else, he was very apologizing, polite and respectful to me, and very insisting to make it right, not like the miserable others you have to deal with on a daily basis, Arby's this young man should be if not in charge of dealing with customer service, wish i could of asked him his name but i didnt, he makes the difference.

Lady was disgustingly rude and when I asked for the manager to replace an order
Then the manger came out even more rude these workers are just lazy and don't want to work standing around nothing happening in there I'd never go back after this it's supposed to number a good experience not horrible bad customer service all the way

I haven't arby's in years.It's my first time in a long time.And probably my last overpriced food. For the amount they give you, it's not very a lot.

Terrible service, no one was there to eat, we were the only customer and they got the order wrong 2 times, stayed in line a long time, hair was in the food and all the employees were in the back instead of waiting on customers that walked in absolutely Terrible
