  No powdered sugar donuts anywhere on the shelves. Very disappointing. Consolation muffin was good. Place was totally empty, so no line.

  Walked in for Coffees before heading home. My wife used the restroom and I waitied while three men behind the counter were working. There was a couple at the computerized system... I waited.... My wife came out and motioned to use the computerized system which i didnt really want to as i wanted to pay cash.... still waiting .. I relented and ordered on the machine.... Computerized system crashed ..... Walked up to the counter 3 men still behind the counter. I waited ..... I finally asked if anyone was taking orders.. amd I was told "Wait a Minute" it had been approximately 6 mins of nothing BUT waiting so we left ..... To the management Watch the video from 4:33 pm unless the people working are management then.... Good Luck !

  Oh, Dunkin, how far you have fallen. It has been years since I have been here since we have many better options locally. I stopped here mid morning to grab some munchkins while I waited for an unrelated store to open. I pulled into parking lot and it was empty. Should've been a red flag there. I went though the drive thru, which was pot hole laden and filthy from trash strewn about. Red flag 2. I ordered 25 munchkins, about $9. Pulled up to the window, and paid. The man in the window was not pleasant, nor unpleasant, just there. After avoiding the rest of the pot holes in the drive thru lane, I went across the street, and since the other store was still not open, I decided to see what I got in my little box which is now very boring, very plain. Gone are the days of the fancy box with the munchkins on the sides of the box with the bakers. This is very boring, very uninteresting. I could have designed this on a old phone. Not sure how someone was paid to create this. Anyways, I opened up the box, only to experience disappointment. The donuts were as plain, unimpressive and boring as the box. Utterly mediocre. After my initial disappointment, I dug in. My initial impression was - the employee was mediocre, the box, more mediocre, the look of the donuts mediocre, and the taste, right on par with mediocre. They had an underlying taste and texture that I couldn't place my finger on. Somewhere between being frozen at one time, or on the side of stale. Judging on the traffic, or lack therof, in the parking lot, I'll believe it was both. A complete lack of glaze, freshness, softness or anything else you'd expect from donuts. It's not like this was 9pm on a Sunday night, this was mid morning. I didn't even get a powdered jelly donut. Instead I got these unusual donuts covered in some kind of flat, diamond shaped sprinkle which was completely a failure to add much to the donut. The person who designed these should be updating his or her resume right now, IMO. Around these parts, every donut is compared to a Paula's Donut, as they are the pinnacle in this area. These were not only a disappointment, they were just destined for the trashcan which is exactly what happened. Cross Dunkin off the list.

  The manager was amazing, made us feel welcome. He took the time to show us all the different drink options and combinations at Dunkin Donuts!

  i got a strawberry daydream refresher before going to work today, when i arrived to work 5 minutes later the refresher was completely separated and disgusting, no matter how much i mixed it it just kept doing this. it seemed as tho it was made with whipped cream instead of cold foam. anyways i went back after i got outta work hoping to get a new one and was told i couldn’t and when i asked to speak to a manager i was told there wasn’t one. not to mention i had to wait at the counter while all the employees were in the back talking. very upsetting
