  Half of one ⭐ -Staff Negligent to Menu & Food Quality Unacceptable I ordered through the drive-thru the Original Cheeseburger Signature Stackburger (Double) and the Bacon Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger (Double). Both burgers are supposed to come fully built with two patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mayo on a toasted bun (with bacon added on the deluxe). This was a standard menu order, yet it was mishandled from the start—ordine standard ignorato (Italian), zamówienie standardowe zignorowane (Polish), pedido estándar ignorado (Spanish), הזמנה סטנדרטית הוזנחה (Hebrew), η βασική παραγγελία αγνοήθηκε (Greek), binalewala ang karaniwang order (Tagalog), ginpabay-an ang standard nga order (Ilonggo), dem ignore di standard order (Jamaican Patois), yo inyore lòd estanda (Haitian Creole), 标准订单被忽视了 (Chinese), 標準の注文が無視された (Japanese), and đơn hàng tiêu chuẩn bị bỏ qua (Vietnamese). While ordering, I was asked three separate times about ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Each time I clearly said to leave it as it is made—no alterations. These are standard ingredients, yet the employee kept repeating the same question instead of listening—non hanno ascoltato (Italian), nie słuchali (Polish), no escucharon (Spanish), לא הקשיבו (Hebrew), δεν άκουσαν (Greek), hindi nakinig (Tagalog), wala nagpamati (Ilonggo), dem nuh listen (Jamaican Patois), yo pa t koute (Haitian Creole), 他们没有听 (Chinese), 聞いていない (Japanese), không lắng nghe (Vietnamese). At the window, I confirmed if it was the Signature Deluxe Double. The employee said “all the burgers are signature deluxe,” which is completely incorrect and shows a lack of basic menu knowledge. After leaving and opening the food, it was not a Signature Deluxe Double—it was a plain double cheeseburger with nothing on it. That is a complete failure of a standard menu item—cibo non commestibile (Italian), jedzenie niejadalne (Polish), comida incomible (Spanish), האוכל לא אכיל (Hebrew), το φαγητό μη βρώσιμο (Greek), hindi makakain (Tagalog), indi makakaon (Ilonggo), nuh fit fi eat (Jamaican Patois), pa manjab (Haitian Creole), 无法食用 (Chinese), 食べられない (Japanese), không thể ăn được (Vietnamese). I called, and instead of fixing the issue, the employee kept repeating that they asked three times. I already answered three times: the way it is made, no alterations. That was ignored again—تم تجاهل الطلب مرة أخرى (Arabic), again ignored across every language and standard of service. I was told to come inside. The order was remade, but the remake was worse. The bun was extremely soggy—wet to the point it felt soaked with grease or some kind of residue, not toasted, with a very questionable texture. It was not edible—cibus inedibilis (Latin), الأكل غير صالح للأكل (Arabic), الأكل مش صالح للأكل (Egyptian Arabic), non commestibile, inedible in every sense. I didn’t even bother to check the second burger—it went straight in the garbage. How does a manager remake an order and still produce something that appears contaminated or improperly handled? This was a simple, standard menu order, yet it was mishandled at every step across communication, preparation, and quality. This location needs serious improvement in menu knowledge, order accuracy, and food quality control. I would not recommend this location.

  Service was fine, staff very polite and quick to provide our order. Tables were clean, and pick up orders were flying out the door the entire time we were there. Prices are a wee steep but it’s a sign of the times. Really enjoy their Snickers blizzards.
