  Great experience and speedy service! The negative reviews had us worried but they must’ve turned things around. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great and we got our large order in less than 10 min.

  Always, always check your bags. We were missing a fruit cup but couldn't return. We were traveling. You don't have option to pay in cash.

  The Food was really good especially the chicken sandwich and the fry’s. Maybe the best Fry’s I’ve ever had. The lemonade was also really good. The wait was a little too long but the food made up for it. It is also dirty inside as well.

  Literally waited in line for what turned into an hour because today they decided to use the speaker rather than employees like they ALWAYS do and the person wasn’t taking orders timely so many cars went to the front with orders not being taken….ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO WAIT AN HOUR NEVER AGAIN!!! Horrible service and they forgot the dressing for the salad 😡 so disappointing. Won’t be back….. Not happy, I know this is a fairly new location but this is poor management (whether shift management or otherwise I don’t know). Customers should NEVER sit in a drive thru line for an hour that’s completely UNACCEPTABLE (I just hope someone with authority sees this and corrects the problem)!

  I love me some Chick-fil-A, but this location does not meet the standards of the chain. The wait was longer than I would have waited at a sit down restaurant. The food was very greasy. The bun was soaked with grease. The chicken was on the dark (burn) side. I went back to the line for a shake and it took about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order, and even then the guy told me he isn't even on the clock but he felt bad about me waiting. Watching the staff in the back, most of thm looked put out for just being there. When one person finally got to the counter, she made it known she didn't want to be there. The back kitchen was very unorganized, with some people just standing not sure what to do or if they even wanted to do anything. The door to the outside drive thru was wide open the whole time I was waiting. This is nothing like a typical visit to any other well organized Chick-fil-A. On a bright side, the shake was still tasty and I liked the design of the bathrooms.
