This will be my third time trying 7brew and each time I went I had a terrible experience. The drinks are really good it's the service I have a problem with. A very rude disrespectful worker handled my order with an attitude and sadly it was the same person who either gave me drink or took my order each time. When I asked her to describe a certain drink she caught and attitude. After visiting for the third time I pointed her out and I asked one of other employees to give me her name. Her name is Regane I believe that's how her name is spelled. I don't understand how a nice place like this can hire someone as rude and disrespectful as she was multiple times.

6 cars in line, 3 in front of me, 3 in the other lane. 2pm in the afternoon. 10 mins to place my order, 15 waiting for my 2 drinks to be passed to the server. Its drinks, how long does it take to pour a small peach green tea and a medium vanilla latte? Green tea was like sugar water with no peach or green tea taste and the vanilla latte was like drinking warmish milk with little to no coffee flavor. It's so overpriced. I won't be going back, its faster to brew at home and tastes better.

Coffee is good, the wait was 30 minutes, (3pm) the music was incredibly loud, some bass heavy hip hop played then rock then indie. Im good sticking with the tried and true quick, good, cheap coffee. Maybe when the craze settles and its not a long wait I'll try again. But the music will be a deal breaker.
This location is absolutely horrible. Been here twice and both times, my order was wrong. Their customer service is horrendous, aside from maybe 3 of the workers.
I ordered my usual order (blondie blended) and the worker tried talking me into a different drink "well we have these other drinks that are blended...." like it was too much of a bother to make what I requested, even though another worker had previously offered it to me that way. When I got my order, it was wrong. When I went back the following day, I was told they couldnt do anything about it (after sitting there waiting for 25 minutes)
It is not worth the 30 minutes in line for a messed up drink and shitty customer service
The coffee here is decent. While they offer standard hot coffee, the menu seems heavily geared toward iced drinks and sugary stuff. A major downside is the lack of visible pricing on the menu, it feels a bit non-transparent for a customer. Ultimately, it’s a fair alternative, but it won't be dethroning Tim Hortons as my go-to spot anytime soon.
