I placed an order for two pepperoni pizzas and instead received two chicken barbecue pizzas — a completely different order. This wasn’t a small mistake or a topping mix-up, this was entirely wrong. What made the situation even worse was the lack of accountability and professionalism when I called the store. I spoke to the manager expecting at least some level of concern or an attempt to correct the issue, but instead I was met with a very nonchalant and dismissive attitude. There was no real apology, no urgency to fix the mistake, and no effort to make things right. It felt like my time and money simply didn’t matter. Mistakes can happen in any business, but how you respond to those mistakes is what defines your customer service — and this was a complete failure. Receiving the wrong order is frustrating enough, but dealing with a manager who clearly doesn’t care makes it even worse. This experience showed a serious lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and even worse customer service. Based on how this was handled, I have no confidence in ordering from this location again. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others before ordering from here unless you’re okay with receiving the wrong food and being ignored when you try to resolve it.

Never let me finish a sentence before talking over me. Rude and unprofessional. Will never order from this location again.
