    IF I COULD GIVE RHIS DUNKIN A NEGATIVE 10 I WOULD. THERE THE WORSTTTTT WITH SERVICE. THEY TAKE FOR EVERRRR INSIDE OR OUTSIDE!!! IF THERE WAS ANOTHER CLOSER TO ME I WOULD NEVERRR GO THERE!!!! EVERY MORNING ITS INSANE AND BEYOND AGGRAVATING!

    2 times visiting here. First time I was picking up my wife’s online order through the drive thru. Told them the name and they charged me, and gave me a completely different order. Found out my wife had already paid online so I had to go back, get the right order, and get refunded for someone else’s order I paid for and picked up. Second visit I went on my lunch break to grab a drink and a sandwich, paid at the window and was handed the drink, sat at the window for another 2 minutes before the guy opened it up and asked if I was looking for something else. He printed out the receipt and they only charged me for a drink and asked if I wanted to pay for the sandwich and wait for it. I said “just forget it” and left. Maybe inside the store you’ll have better luck, but if you go through drive thru, prepare to have to pay twice or drive back later to get the right order.

    Clean. Nice place. They dven have a small conference room that you can reserve. Always love their coffee. Use it at home. Highly recommend.

    One of, if not the most inefficient and poorly run drive-through windows I’ve ever been to. This particular franchise really needs to have someone from corporate train these folks on how to take and prep orders in a more timely manner. It often takes upwards of 15 minutes or more to make it to the window, and once you do, they only have half of your order ready (coffee and a donut). They are always pleasant when I go, which is the only reason this store didn’t receive a 1-star.
