This particular franchise really needs to have someone from corporate train these folks on how to take and prep orders in a more timely manner. It often takes upwards of 15 minutes or more to make it to the window, and once you do, they only have half of your order ready (coffee and a donut). They are always pleasant when I go, which is the only reason this store didn’t receive a 1-star.
