I’m unsure of her name but she has red/brown hair, really bad acne, and usually wears her hair in two lower back braids. She is constantly giving me false information about items and even tried to tell me that I was trying to get something for free one time, when in reality they just never gave me the second item I ordered (it took me a few minutes to realize, but I never even stepped out of the building so it was maybe within minutes that I received the order). It’s unfortunate if she’s a manager, she does a terrible job.
