    Terrible employees and managers over all. The managers do not do anything to handle a situation, I've been in here multiple times and each time, I've had an issue, and the managers never made it better. They’ve always been snarky and just have attitudes, the employees are no better. Just walking in there its very dirty i can tell nobody really cleans or gets underneath anything, the bathrooms are also disgusting. Theres always a long wait whether its busy or not. Ive come here because it’s close to my home and work. Now i will never return. It’s a terrible business and terribly run. My drinks are never made correctly and my food is always sloppily thrown together or cold. This business needs to be shut down or there needs to be new management! A lot of people will agree with me , this store is horrible!

    I come here pretty often and I always get an iced latte and today has been like the third time now that they never put the espresso in and just hand me a cup of iced milk, my bf got it for me today so it wasn't corrected before leaving but its honestly not even a difficult drink to make
