  Id avoid getting food from this area in general, a lot of roudy and loud people that leave trash everywhere and have loud conversations or play music on the phone. There isnt really any staff able to keep the space clean

  This place has some serious customer service and efficiency issues. People standing in here waiting for their order for 20+ minutes. For fast food that is just ridiculous. I think the employees here are in slow motion. There was tons of food on the counter but for some reason it didn’t belong to anybody in the store…

  My first NYC Wendy's. And last. Terrible service, cold food, and very limited seating after getting kicked out of upper level seating area . Quality level very disappointing on the East Coast for Wendy's.

  Lugar extremadamente sucio. Servicio normal. Pero nada agradable el restaurante sucio por todo lado. Y la comida deja mucho que desear. Un pedazo milimetrico de bacon en la hamburguesa enana no justifica el precio. No recomiendo no regresaré.
