  Went here for dinner and everything was exceptional. Our server Nisha is very attentive but not overbearing and Arpee made us feel like VIP’s, making sure everything was good. Every dish was a triumph of flavors. Tried their tuna Bao, steak bulgogi, Nacho and others i don’t remember the name. The ambiance is relaxing too! We will definitely come back.

  Great place - bang bang cauliflower and chicken amazing. Caring and attentive service. Coomplimertary corn nuts, house made amazing. This chain has closed most of its locations in Boston, so really great to visit in NYC.

  Honestly, such a great spot. Even though it’s part of a chain, this location really stood out to us. We’ve eaten at quite a few places from this brand before, but this one just hit differently - to the point where we ended up coming back pretty much every day during our stay in New York. The atmosphere was super calm and relaxed, which made a huge difference. No noise, no rush, just a really comfortable vibe. The team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and you could tell right away that people actually enjoy working there - no stress, no tension, just genuine friendliness. Big shoutout to the manager as well - an amazing person, so warm and thoughtful. You can really see how well the place is run because everything just works the way it should. It’s honestly a perfect example of how a restaurant should be managed. The food quality was consistently great, and the overall experience made us feel really comfortable every single time we visited. We truly enjoyed dining there and just wanted to say a big thank you. See you next time!

  Wagamama 100 W. 55th. St. New York, NY 10019 Chicken Teriyaki Donburi Spicy Salmon Teriyaki Soba My brother and I dined at this restaurant in midtown. The plates looked quite appetizing and the chefs clearly paid attention to detail when preparing this meal. Chicken Teriyaki Donburi: While the entree looked like a large serving, it was primarily the side dish as the main portion was small; this is a catch-22 because the chicken tasted rather bland. Although, the over easy egg did add some flavor to this plate. Spicy Salmon Teriyaki Soba: Unfortunately, I cannot acquire a taste for this type of fish. Although it was loaded with soba noodles and greens, the protein is not my preferred choice. Aside from mediocre food, the overall service was far from stellar. First and foremost, the server did not bring me a spoon. He also would not refill our water glasses. For these reasons, I had to get the water and utensils myself. We noticed how he showed favoritism toward another party because they ordered cocktails; he didn’t forget about their drinks. Our plates didn’t arrive at the same time. My brother’s fish was served 10 minutes later. While the food looked fantastic, the taste and service was at the opposite end of the spectrum. Unfortunately, there won’t be a next time because I can dine in Chinatown for entrees that taste better and are lighter on the wallet. #wagamama #wagamamamodtown #chickenteriyakidonburi #spicysalmonteriyakisoba

  The food was amazing. The staff super friendly. Overall they knocked it out of the park. If you are looking for Asian food, stop here. You will be glad you did.
