This is part of the Ralph Lauren brand, and they are busy - very hard to get reservations, and they check at the door. Required reservations to get in, and they don't let you in otherwise. Upstairs as you wait for a table, you can get warmed nuts, deep fried olives, and chips that are quite good at the bar. Downstairs dining is limited to a strict time. Seating and area decorated with lots of wood and horse paintings and drawings. Reuben appetizer was good, as was the dover sole with lemon butter sauce. The Caesar salad was ok, and the crabcake disappointed (the weird bird-nest like outside fell apart and didn't give it much consistency). Burger looked good but was somewhat undercooked, only one pickle for the table to share the quartered burger. Dessert sundae was good. Chocolate cake too dry. Overall service was ok, but ushered us out quickly - they really try to stick to the time. Will I be back? Maybe if invited, but probably won't be here as a first choice.

Everything was just great, of course it's difficult to get a reservation but with persistence and patience, it is feasible. The atmosphere is very classy, pleasant and the interior very nicely Ralph Lauren decorated. We had a very good bottle of champagne recommended by the sommelier and the burger which is a must!! As daily special we had the crab salad and truffle fries. The dessert was also surprisingly very good, I had the coconut cake :) I already want to go back, such a great dinner.

We came in on Wednesday around 10 PM with my husband, simply planning to sit at the bar, have a couple of cocktails, and order some appetizers. We were refused entry by the hostess, who stated that even for the bar, a reservation was required. We had called multiple times in advance and received no answer. When we arrived, the restaurant was visibly half empty, which makes this policy — or at least the way it was enforced — extremely questionable. What made the situation worse was the hostess’s attitude. She was dismissive and rude, and it genuinely felt like she was more interested in ending her shift than providing any level of hospitality. For context, my husband is a doctor, and I am also a professional. We are respectful people who came ready to spend money and enjoy a quality evening at what is presented as a high-end establishment. Instead, we were treated in a way that felt unnecessarily dismissive and frankly humiliating. This is not about a reservation policy — it’s about how guests are treated. The experience we had does not align with the standards your venue claims to represent. I strongly suggest management reviews both staff training and how policies are applied, because this was far from acceptable.

Most classy restaurant I’ve ever visited. From the warm welcome to the professionnalism of the waiters, we felt very peaceful ! The jazz music in the background is cherry on top ! The place is magnificent, cozy and feels like 30’s New York ! Beautiful. I must admit that I was excepting higher quality dishes/entrées and more subtile in the taste. I was a little disappointed on that. The dessert was perfect !!! If I could, I would definitely come back, it was phénoménal over all. Merci encore de France

I visited this place today intending to take a quick look inside before making a reservation, but what I experienced at the entrance was completely unacceptable. There was a staff member at the door, and the moment I tried to enter and held the door, he shut it aggressively right in front of me. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily hostile. On top of that, he spoke to me in a mocking and disrespectful tone, asking: “Do you have a reservation to enter?” I explained that I simply wanted to look around before booking, yet his attitude remained unpleasant and arrogant, showing zero customer service and zero respect for visitors. This kind of behavior creates a terrible first impression and reflects very poorly on the management. If this is the way guests are treated at the door, I have no interest in booking here at all.
