I had such a great experience at Gyro Project and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was truly above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It made the whole visit feel personal and enjoyable. The food absolutely lived up to the service. The lemon potatoes were hands down one of the highlights—perfectly seasoned, tender on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside. I could honestly eat those all day. The chicken gyro was also really good, packed with flavor and served fresh with all the right toppings. And don’t even skip dessert. The ice cream was delicious and a perfect way to finish the meal, but the cookies really stole the show. They’re huge, soft, and incredibly satisfying—definitely worth grabbing one (or two). Overall, Gyro Project delivers not just great food, but a full experience. Between the quality dishes, generous portions, and outstanding service, it’s a spot I’ll definitely be coming back to again and again.

Visited Gyro project after a relaxing Spa Day! The place is clean and the staff was really welcoming. The gyros tasted great, though I think they could use a bit more meat. Overall, a nice spot! 🥙😊✨

The music was very loud, club music loud. The place was crowded when I came so it was hard to know how to stand in line. It felt rushed because they were so many people, the chicken gyro was fine. Fries were a bit salty but an overall decent Gyro. I loved the chocolate cookie from here, it's always so good! Peach tea was not too sweet, not too tart. Some of the people serving were a bit apathetic. I wanted sides, but wasn't able to get it.

when ordering, the worker said "arigato" and proceeded to ask my friend if she was japanese or korean.. this felt very disrespectful and had nothing to do with ordering the food. we did not order our bowls with a side of microagression. food was alright, nothing special and doesn't stand out.

What a find!! I don't have enough good things to say about this place. Its located right next to the hospital and since I've been here visiting the last 3 days, I've come every day. I dont live locally but man I wish I did. When you walk in the music is enjoyable, the food is appetizing , I didnt know what to pick first and its quick. They even had yogurt. The flavors are great, everyone was friendly. I'll def be back before I head home!
