  Solid spot for a quick and customizable meal. The ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich was made exactly how I asked. Staff was friendly and efficient, even during a busy time. Good option if you’re looking for something fast but still filling.

  Sandwich was decent and reasonably fresh, but quite pricey even for NYC standards. The service is acceptable, but the location itself has a lot to be desired. Also I'm not sure why they do not allow refills, I've never seen that before.

  Disappointing pro max !!!!!!! 👎 The footlong was pretty standard, similar to other Subway locations, but the service was very disappointing. The staff member was quite rude and ignored my request to add extra veggies. When I pointed it out, he insisted that more had already been added, which wasn’t true—in fact, there were fewer veggies than usual. I have never ever seen such low food quality of subway and rude staff than here. Overall, a disappointing experience at this branch—1/5. Veryyyyy badddd !!!!!!

  The staff act as if they don’t know how to use the register or make adjustments to your food add meat or sauces, they claim they can only follow menu sandwiches, subways is definitely known to be able to make your own sandwich options. And they intentionally overcharge and assume you won’t notice because of the area or it being busy. Whoever was working the register got extremely upset that I didn’t want to add chips and a drink to my order of 6inch sub. He said the register doesn’t allow him to change it and he already placed the order in the system. Chips are on the outside of counter free to grab whichever choice and so are drinks it’s a fountain, they hand you the cup, which he didn’t yet because I said no just the sandwich. Why are you automatically adding anything to my order without first asking, just assuming I want a combo. Not even a few second after saying no I just want the sandwich I did not ask for drink and chips, He takes out his phone and begins taking pictures of me claiming he was calling the police for theft cause he’s not fixing it, it will come out his pay so I have to pay for it. Instead of resolving anything he made matters worst and extreme. Meanwhile I didn’t even get the sandwich, or was I able to pay for it, the sandwich was on his end, he never gave it to me and refused to fix the unasked for added items. He wouldn’t allow me to pay, unless I bought a drink and chips. I refused service completely and walked out. He was screaming you are banned and I’m calling the police. That was absolutely insane behavior. You mess up and claim someone is stealing when they don’t even have any items you attempted to over charge them for, all I wanted was a sandwich how is that a problem. Never again from here.
