  The clerk was awesome who helped me! Very friendly. Everything was excellent except the food was a bit meh. Overall I like subway and would come back.

  No one is ever at the front…very inconvenient when you’re in a hurry. I left without ordering anything after waiting 5 min

  No idea how the guy behind the counter got the job and let alone has kept the job for as long as he has. This individual has no manners or people skills to speak of. Clearly has had minimal to no training. Will not come back while that person is still here. Works the day shift during the work week.

  My review is based on the subways located in Grand Central Terminal passageway leading to Madison Avenue . The staff is rude and unfriendly. One young lady will charge you the wrong price if your not paying attention. Sadly, it is the only subways in the immediate area.
