I placed an app order but mistakenly sent it to this location instead of the location I had intended it to pick it up from. I tried reaching out to them over the phone to cancel the order but was unable to reach anyone since the phone number they have listed is a non working number. So frustrating 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

Unfortunately, almost every time I order through the app something is wrong with the sandwich. Today I ordered a footlong with extra chipotle sauce, extra mayonnaise, and garlic aioli, but the sandwich literally came with almost no filling. As you can see in the photo, the bread is there, vegetables are there, but the main ingredient is basically missing. Paying for a sandwich and receiving mostly bread is ridiculous. This isn’t the first time either. One time they added so much salt that the sandwich was completely inedible. When I politely mentioned it, the employee started arguing instead of fixing the problem. If you order online from this location, be prepared for incorrect orders and careless preparation. Management seriously needs to improve quality control because this is unacceptable.
