    Mold on the food in the cold holder, all of it looked over 4 hour hold. Cashier also added tip to my order without me noticing.

    If you are in the mood for subway, this location is the better one around. They give a good amount of toppings and get you in and out quickly. The other locations barely give any meat and basically force you to pay and get double meat. Def recommend this location over others in the area.

    I am from Maryland. We accidentally ordered online from this store. When we called to cancel, we were informed that it was picked up. I spoke to the driver and he returned the food to the store. The man who was on the phone told me the manager was not there and then proceeded to yell at me. He said it was a lot of food and refused to cancel my order, so that I could order here in MD. We ordered 2 Foot Long subs. 2 Pepsi's. And 2 bags of BBQ chips. Totalling $48 I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. I was cursed at and yelled at. I hope this person gets fired! No individual should be treated this way for a simple mistake. The store is 90 Worth St. Store #7, new York NY 10013 I would love an apology, but in today's world, that is unlikely. Sincerely, Mrs. R.
