  We really enjoyed our meal here. I had the pastrami Reuben, my son had a cheeseburger and fries, and my wife had a panini, and we were all very happy with what we ordered. It’s the kind of place that does simple, straightforward diner food really well. Everything was tasty, filling, and good value for the price. The waiter was also very friendly, which made the experience even better. A really solid spot for a satisfying meal, and somewhere we’d happily visit again.

I ordered a burger and WOW — cooked perfectly, juicy, flavorful, and exactly what a real diner burger should taste like. 🍔🔥 The bun was fresh, the toppings were crisp, and every bite just hit right. You can tell it’s made with care, not just thrown together. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. It’s the kind of place where comfort food meets great service. If you’re craving a solid, no-nonsense, delicious burger — this is the spot. Five stars all day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We started our morning at another diner on Pearl St. which shall be nameless but after waiting too long to be noticed we left and hoofed it over to the Squires Diner. Smartest Decision Ever. We had a wonderful breakfast here with swift, attentive service, great coffee, and a bright atmosphere. Sometimes I think only Greeks know how to really run a diner, and this one is a gem. Worth a visit; I wish we had places like this in Kentucky....

  We ordered dinner for delivery to our hotel. Dinner was hot when it got here and it arrived on time. I ordered a plain beef burger with ketchup and pickles for my son. It was a good sized patty, cooked to medium, on a sesame seed bun. He said it was really good. My older son ordered the chicken quesadilla without peppers or onions. He said it was good, but the quesadilla wrapper wasn’t what he was used to, or a flour tortilla like he was expecting. I wasn’t able to get a picture of the quesadilla because he ate it before I got a chance. My husband ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich without peppers and a side of fries. The sandwich was huge, he could only finish half of it and half of the fries. He said the sandwich was delicious and very juicy. I ordered the Tex Mex Chili With Rice. When we received the food there wasn’t any rice. I let them know and was refunded for the rice. The chili was really good, nice and thick, with beans and cheese. It wasn’t spicy and the ingredients meshed well. Ive had some chili that has had some ingredients that over powered the others, but not this chili. I ordered it without onions. If you’re ever in downtown NYC and are looking for a place to eat that has good food and a large variety of options, this is the place to go.
