  This is the best place to come here and enjoy a great meal from a long days work or travel. It's absolutely stellar amazing. This place brings such great God level customer service and best attention to details that it gives customers more reason to come back and enjoy. I will never forget coming here and it will be so affordable that I can continue coming here without problems. I definitely want to be a regular to sonics

  I was so happy to hear that a sonic was opening within distance of my location so I made a day of it. I placed my order through the mobile app and waited for my order to be done. Waiting by the counter, a young African American man behind the counter spilled a huge drink all over the counter. The employees proceeded to clean the mess up as I was handed my food. I stepped to the side to make sure all items were there and I noticed I was short 2 burgers. As I returned back to the counte, I smiled and waited for the employees to be done wiping down the counter and the same young man who spilled it looked at me and asks "what's so funny huh?" I was confused because no way he's talking to me like that when im just here waiting to ask for my missing items. Whether he was joking or not, I didnt like how he talked to me like he knew me or if I was one of his friends. If it wasn't for the awesome food, that interaction would've ruined my whole experience. If that's his first job, I suggest he get his customer service skills up and do better

  Great to have a Sonic in Harlem! Love the cusomizable soda options and the food was fast and good.

  The line for food service seemed to go pretty quick. However, once you get to the register, the employee[s] took their time answering questions that I had. As well as other customers, i noticed. They also seemed to get well along with each other. Am employee named Mohammed went above and beyond, an asset to the Sonic franchise. I hope he gets the recognition, well deserved, from management.... oh, and the establishment was clean. 👍🏽
