  Wen went to Planet Hollywood on a Saturday evening and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is very lively and immersive. They have music videos and other images shown on large screens on the wall. For food we got The Walk of Fame High Roller which has a ton of delicious options on it. We loved the chicken fingers also known as their world famous chicken crunch. It’s chicken tenders cooked with captain crunch cereal it’s sooo good! We also got their St. Louis BBQ Ribs which were tender and flavorful. This place is definitely worth checking out if you want a fun and immersive dining experience!

  My family and I had such a great experience at Planet Hollywood today, and I really want to recognize our server Alfi. She was absolutely amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the moment we sat down, she made me and my family feel welcomed and taken care of. Her personality really stood out, super outgoing, warm, and just overall delightful. She checked in at all the right times and made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the people she serves. She’s exactly the kind of person every restaurant needs. I even called to speak with her manager Andy because service like that deserves to be recognized. Thank you for making our visit so special. P.S. The food was great! Caesar salad w/ Salmon and Shrimp, St. Louis BBQ ribs with mashed potatoes, cheeseburger with fries. We will be visiting again!

  Planet Hollywood is a solid option if you’re with a big group and need something easy in Times Square. The food was surprisingly good. The crispy chicken was a good, albeit served in a very annoying chicken, the Wagyu deluxe burger was really excellent, and the guacamole with roasted corn was a highlight. The nachos supreme are massive and could easily feed four people. Even the classic cheeseburger delivered. Service was fast, which we appreciated, but not very attentive. Our drinks were never refilled, which was noticeable, especially with a group. The bathrooms were clean, but there weren’t enough of them for the size of the restaurant, so expect a wait. Overall, it’s a convenient, family-friendly spot with good portions and reliable food, but don’t expect high-touch service. They add a 20% service charge for groups of 6 or more.

  I went to Planet Hollywood to celebrate my birthday with a group of 5, all of us being teenagers. And we were each charged a 20% “large party” gratuity, even though we were not a large group. This fee was never clearly explained to us and because of that we all ended up leaving additional tips on top of it. I don’t have an issue with gratuity being added but transparency matters. Especially since in this case we were unaware of the automatic charge and ended up paying significantly more than expected and on my bill alone where I covered 3 people the added fee came out to be about $50. In addition my steak I ordered was made incorrectly. While they did give a free dessert to make up for it , it still added to an already disappointing experience. Overall, this was frustrating especially since it was meant to be a birthday celebration that went wrong . I would strongly recommend that future customers ask and carefully review their bills to avoid unexpected charges especially if in a big group.

  If you pay by credit card, be aware! I've ordered the Turkey Club here three times through MealPal — I genuinely love their turkey sandwich and fries. But after my last visit on 2/20, I won't be back. I picked up my pre-paid MealPal order and added an extra side of fries at the counter, signing a receipt for $7.62. When I got home, I noticed the fries portion in my meal box was unusually small — barely a handful — while the separate fries order I paid for was also skimpy. It looked like they had split one portion of fries into two containers instead of preparing a proper extra order. That was frustrating enough. But when I reviewed my credit card statement, I found a $26 charge from this restaurant — a charge I never authorized. My MealPal order was already pre-paid through MealPal, and I signed for extra fries exactly $7.62 at the register. There is no explanation for a $26 charge. It is very concerning to see a different amount charged after I had already left the restaurant. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
