  Seronata gave me exceptional customer service and gave me a warm welcome to sample the drinks! Also, when she wasn’t sure of a question i had she grabbed a manager to assist me. I appreciate the professionalism she showcased towards me!

  Report on Establishment Conditions "I am filing this report with precision and honesty to alert other users about the situation at this establishment. Yesterday, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, I witnessed a series of grave failures that compromise the health of those inhabiting this place. Lack of Pureness and Hygiene: When attempting to serve coffee, the machine not only dispensed rancid product, but a cockroach was observed emerging from the equipment. This indicates a critical lack of maintenance in the internal circuits and systems of the machine. It is imperative to denounce the unacceptable conduct and the hostile environment I witnessed at this location yesterday around 4:00 PM. In addition to the serious unsanitary issues (rancid coffee and insects), the staff's attitude was alarming. When asked to correct the state of the coffee, one of the workers reacted with disproportionate violence: they slammed the drawer and the equipment with such force that it caused a thunderous noise, leaving all customers astonished and in shock. It was an act of gratuitous hostility that broke every standard of respect and safety in this area." Wednesday, February 4th, 2026

  Ordered takeout here and the grilled chicken in my sandwich was partially raw which was… inedible to say the least.
