  Came to Palladinos on a random Monday night. Hali was bartending at the patio bar. I had 3-4 different cocktails and every single one tasted phenomenal. I asked her to make me anything she wanted with brown liquor. The flavors profiles hit the spot. They were all very well balanced and she was extremely attentive with refilling my water and tending to my needs. Hali made the experience one to remember and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend… 10/10 Thanks Hali!!!

  I don't write reviews often, but my experience here genuinely stood out. The service was exceptional — attentive without being overbearing, and you could tell the staff truly cared about making the meal enjoyable. Malina in particular went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect — warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about her work. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. This is the kind of place I keep coming back to, and a big part of that is people like Malina. Highly recommend!

  Vinimos a conocer a Grand Central Station e hicimos una parada en este restaurante. Ha sido la mejor decisión. Algo no planificado y, sin embargo, nos hemos llevado una estupenda experiencia. La atención y simpatía de Mathew mas la hospitalidad de Eduardo nos hicieron sentir en casa. La comida con su presentación, inolvidable. Y para terminar, los postres... de película. 100% recomendable si quieres disfrutar de un estupendo break entre tanto ruido citadino.

  Last week I went to Palladino’s for the first time for dinner with friends and it was wonderful! We sampled a bit of everything but my favorites were the lobster roll, the red snapper (absolutely delicious!!!!!) and the almond torte for a sweet treat. But what was even better than the meal was the level of service. 10/10 Malina was our server and she was phenomenal! She knew the menu down to the last detail, made the perfect recommendations, was incredibly attentive and just a delight all around. It seemed like she really cared about our experience and personally made sure we had a great dinner! I’ll be returning and couldn’t recommend more.

  I visited this restaurant today around 11:45 AM hoping to enjoy a quiet drink during a brief work call and have a good meal before heading home. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the very start. I specifically asked to be seated inside to avoid background noise interfering with my call. While waiting, I noticed the guest in front of me was seated without issue and did not appear to have a reservation. However, when it was my turn, the host looked me up and down, asked about my party size, and then told me there were no available tables and that they were only seating reservations. When I questioned this given what I had just observed, the explanation changed. I was told they were now “too busy” and that I could sit in a more casual area instead. This inconsistency was both confusing and frustrating. There was no clear or honest communication. I asked to speak with a manager, who then offered to seat me outside, contradicting what I had just been told. While I appreciate the manager’s attempt to resolve the situation, by that point the damage had already been done. The initial interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and, frankly, judged. Customer service, especially at the front door, sets the tone for the entire experience. My suggestion is simple: be consistent, be transparent, and treat every guest with the same level of respect. Unfortunately, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere.
