- SPShelley P.Apr 28, 20255.0I often visit EBar on the lower level of Nordstroms. after a hard day of shopping! The coffee, pastries and service are excellent. My iced coffee was smooth and full bodied with caramel notes. The gal that usually takes my order is always so helpful, friendly and welcoming. There are always ample seats to sit quietly and enjoy a cup and a delicious treat. I had the most delicious cookie. If you love sweets try the Lemon Ricotta cookie. Crispy edges, cakey on the inside and with a creamy ricotta frosting. The little bits of finely zested lemon peel on top add a little citrusy crunch. My only suggestion would be for a bit of atmosphere it needs some art on the sterile walls or soft music playing.
