    I visited Melt Shop for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The moment I walked in, the space felt inviting and casual. I ordered one of their signature melts, and it was perfectly gooey, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the visit even better. The portion sizes were generous, and the overall vibe was relaxed yet lively. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the city.

    I just ordered one cheeseburger and one plain fry at 10:59am. It took at least 45 minutes waiting. What I don't like is a lot of people after me got their meals in front of me. The even worse part is when I asked the crew what's wrong with my order. There is no apology. The funny thing is when I showed my unhappiness, they got the burger in one minute! However, my son and I waited almost an hour without an apology! So bad experience!

    What a pleasant surprise. We stopped in randomly, because I love grilled cheese. Especially with flare. We were not disappointed! We got the buffalo chicken melt, the shop bacon cheeseburger, the grilled chicken chipotle melt and loaded tots. Chipotle melt and tots photographed. Nothing was less than delicious. The buffalo sauce is dynamite. The burger sauce reminds me of big Mac sauce, delish! The loaded tots were demolished in 2 minutes flat. Lol. My Chipotle sandwich had the most incredible flavor. Hands down my favorite. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. And the prices are very reasonable for NYC. $55 for 3 of us to eat, including drinks. The staff is polite and helpful as well. We had questions about the menu. We will be back next time we are in the city!
