  When we were in New York City we placed a pick up order from the Melt Shop. The Melt Shop was down the street from where we stayed. When we picked up our food they had it ready on time, the food was just how we ordered it, and it was hot. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. My son ordered the 6 piece chicken tenders combo with cheese fries and BBQ sauce. He had his sauce on his tenders and half gone before I could even take a picture. The tenders were really crispy and juicy he said. He’s a big fan of cheese fries and said that they were really good. He also liked the mac’n cheese side that comes with the combo. My husband had the bacon and cheese wagyu burger combo with herb and parmesan fries. He ordered the burger plain with just bacon and cheese. The burger was very juicy, cooked to medium, and had a toasted bun. The herb and parmesan fries had very good flavor and some were crispy and some were softer which is the perfect combination if you ask me. He wasn’t a fan of the mac’n cheese, but he’s a Kraft only type of person. I had the Biggie Classic which was an excellent grilled cheese sandwich. It had American and cheddar cheese. It also had cheese crusted on the outside and came with thick and crispy toasted bread. I ordered a side of melt sauce to dip it in. They were out of tomato soup which was a real bummer because I’m a fan of tomato soup. The price was average and you really can’t go wrong eating here.

  I had a great stop at Melt Shop. The grilled cheese sandwiches were perfectly toasted, with gooey, melty cheese and bold, comforting flavors. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the sides were just as satisfying. The vibe is casual and fun, and the service was quick and friendly. A solid spot for indulgent comfort food.

  It would be incredible if they comply with the opening hours and not say at 8 pm that they are already closing

  N'étant pas une fan de burgers à la base mais accompagnée de 2 adolescents ,ce fût une très bonne surprise de me retrouver là ! Malgrè une grosse panne d'ordinateur (qui généralement prend bien la tête!) ,nous avons été très chaleureusement reçus .Nous reviendrons.Et les mets proposés d'une bonne fraicheur et bien cuisinés: merci à l'équipe !!
