  I didn't give it a five-star rating because the service and food are inconsistent. It's not always bad, and it's not always good. Just be on top of them, and you won't have a problem.

  Most useless workers I’ve ever seen, why am I waiting 30 minutes for a Big Mac meal. Never give me sauce either whe I specifically ask a million times. Even the managers are incompetent

  Waited at mobile pickup window for more than 7 mins and I was on break. All the workers literally looked at me and continued doing what they were doing. Just rude! Horrible customer service .

  My family has been in the hospital for 4 days and we have been going to mc donalds because it’s literally across the street but the afternoon service - HORRIBLE. The guy running the shift these past two days very unprofessional and the two lady’s I feel have no say so. Ordered a frappe it wasn’t even filled literally no whipped cream he told me oh you waited to long to come get it - order was places within a 5 min window and that’s been waiting there for along time. I also got large fries which cost more than $5 now to get to the hospital and have the container half filled ! I went today and said something about to current fries i ordered and he caught an attitude and decided to mouth off with his coworkers like dude we are paying literally 5$ for fries fill the container ! He should not be working fast food nor be managing a staff - he should be replaced with a person who takes management serious - you guys are working across the street from a hospital ! Service will be more efficient if he wasn’t running the floor
