- SSSequoyah Simpson2 days ago1.0Online they said they are open 24/7 but when we arrived around 1:30am. My son wanted mcdonalds and when we entered, they said they were closed. They dont offer services anymore. My son was starving and all he wanted was a filet o fish from them. Their doors were unlocked but cannot serve us food anymore? How does that make sense!? They are located next to grand central but have horrible service!?!?! Do not go there if you are visiting nyc and travelling late night.

I assumed that my order would have the drink in the box so I walked out and when I went to eat I opened the box and noticed my drink wasn't there. It was free with my food so I'm not that upset but annoying because I'm too far to pick it up. Wish I could get a discount instead.

After I pressed “I’m already here,” the app froze, so my husband went inside with screenshots of the email receipt and Apple Pay charge. The staff acknowledged the order but only gave us 3 of the 4 items we paid for. They refused to hand over the Deluxe Spicy McCrispy meal and later kept saying we didn’t pay and we scammed them for free food, despite being shown proof of payment and confirmation. It was absurd and insulting. I then tried calling the store, only to find that the phone number was not even in service. We paid for that meal and never received it so I think the only scammer in this room is this McDonald's store. This was disorganized, unprofessional, and handled terribly.
