  No es una zona o sitio para niños. Tardaron mucho en entregar un pedido. Estaba muy sucio. Muchas personas en mal estado dentro de las instalaciones.

  Okay so maybe my expectations were too high but given the area of this McDonald’s, I was expecting immaculate or close to it. For starters, the bathroom door is broken so it doesn’t lock. I had my daughter behind the door trying to push it close but guy actually pushed the door in while I was buttoning my pants (I’m a female). The bathroom also had no toilet paper, I had to ask for some when I first went in. The same guy mopping the floor and replacing the toilet paper is the one bringing “dine in” food trays to the tables so maybe they’re short on staff. As for the food, my husband got a fish sandwich, it had a pea size amount of tartar sauce on it. They also didn’t give me my nuggets sauce which wouldn’t have been an issue if they weren’t changing extra if you wanted more than what they allot per nugget count (haha). The drink machine, empty. They have that coke machine that offers tons of different options but I could count on one hand what was actually available. The problem with the drinks and toilet paper isn’t that it’s out, it’s the fact that no one seems to monitor them to refill them.

  SMELLS SO BAD!!!!! I walk by this located a few times and each time I walked by there was always a good handful of homeless people holed up in there. Which is fine. But today I walked in hoping to order food and have a seat and no matter where I walked, the entire restaurant smelled like a mixture of homeless people and French fries. It was so overwhelming and there was barely any ventilation so the air was thick. I had to walk right out. The manager is probably desensitized to the smell of having homeless people in there every day. I don’t mind homeless people trying to keep warm in places like that but they need better ventilation. It’s almost hazardous with how overwhelming that smell is.

  The food came out quickly and my kids enjoyed it. The coffee was basically water with coffee flavor.

  Usually I go to 160 Broadway location but this time was working in the area so went this location,I have placed my order on the app before got to the store, and forgot to order fries so I order a fries which is second order so went the store around Wednesday 1:50 pm and waiting by pickup area and one of female employee with eyeglass she was wearing black top and black pants, maybe/navy blue/ no name tag she called my number and it was the second order so I thought maybe when they call the first order I haven't arrived and missed it so asked her did you have another order under this name but her respond was very unfriendly and unprofessional,she don't even look but she Said no and rolling her eyes, at least if they have display shelf like another location I can look but you can't even see, but my order was sitting there and another person came and hand it to me, I think he is a manager and also this is not my first time always when I go there no napkins and straws,
