  so I am a student and during the summertime I would frequently come here during my lunch break to get food because it was one of the closer and cheaper options and I am a fast food connoisseur and I love McDonald’s. I love to try McDonald’s everywhere and I thought oh my God McDonald’s even had has to be good. I mean its Manhattan. Boy was I wrong. Service here is extremely slow. I could order apple slices and a small Sprite and it would take 35 minutes. On the multiplication, they have come my order has taken over 25 minutes to come. I’ve had items missing or the wrong item in general on how to have them remake it, which of course takes even longer. This was not that the place is backed up because it usually is not the issue is the workers. The workers are always sitting in the back chatting, making themselves drinks And doing everything But what they should be doing. on one occasion, I had a friend Who would like to Stay anonymous Who ordered A large orange Fanta Again service was extremely slow and it’s Took 35 minutes just to get our drinks and our two medium french fries What’s the storm and begin walking back towards our school When , my friend suddenly noticed What look like a chip in her Ice we weren’t fully sure what it was. We decided to lid off the drink to inspect it further.to our horror, it was a long black hair in the drink I almost threw up. It was so disgusting. my friend, the kind hearted person she is went back in there and calmly asked for another drink The worker was so disgustingly rude she said “ Why do we make it? There’s nothing in the drink like it’s just a chip and the ice there’s nothing in the drink like You’re imagining Things” Trying to make it seem like my friend was schizophrenic and crazy. So disgusting and on top of that, she wasn’t even wearing a hair net that is terrible. SHUT THEM DOWN

  Hoy, Día de San Patricio, mi experiencia en este McDonald’s no fue agradable. Como de costumbre, pasé temprano antes de visitar los estudios de ABC, ya que este lugar suele ser accesible para silla de ruedas, limpio, con baño disponible y servicio automatizado. Llegué alrededor de las 6:20 a.m. y pedí un café regular y dos burritos. Todo parecía normal hasta que, al recibir mi orden, el espacio para los clientes quedó reducido porque llegó mercancía y colocaron varias cajas justo frente a mí. Ningún miembro del personal se disculpó por la incomodidad. Para completar este extraño momento “festivo”, cuando pedí usar el baño me dijeron que no había baño disponible, nuevamente sin ofrecer disculpas ni alternativas. Comparto las fotos y el recibo como evidencia de lo ocurrido. Definitivamente, hoy la “suerte irlandesa” no estuvo de mi lado. Today, on St. Patrick’s Day, my experience at this McDonald’s was far from pleasant. As usual, I stopped by early before heading to the ABC studios, since this location is normally wheelchair accessible, clean, has a restroom available, and offers automated service. I arrived around 6:20 a.m. and ordered a regular coffee and two burritos. Everything seemed fine until my order was ready and the customer area became blocked by boxes of newly delivered merchandise placed right in front of me. No staff member apologized for the inconvenience. To top off this unusual “festive” moment, when I asked to use the restroom, I was told that there was no restroom available, again with no apology or alternative offered. I am sharing the photos and the receipt as evidence of what happened. Clearly, the “luck of the Irish” was not with me today.
