She never confirmed it and then had me waiting early in the morning to then have never corrected it after it was given to me wrong twice! Another employee came to the front and the was unable to service me and refused to provide service and refunded me upon request.

The girl wanted to charge me for it and when I asked to speak to the manager she was dismissive and a little rude... I never get denied sauce when ordering a large fry... Because of this I am never going to this McDonald's again... Which sucks because I live close.. I now hate it here and I'm severely pissed off!!! And it smelled like homeless people in the establishment and the tables and the floors are filthy!

Service like this you don’t see everyday. Give her a raise or promotion or both. The manager was called to help with a situation but explained that she was on her break first, Tiara stepped in and handled the situation herself. Love to see it.
