- MRMavet Rodriguez6 days ago5.0Love coming here for the hummus and the lamb shawarma is great. Honestly best hummus I’ve had since Semsom eatery (Lebanese eatery that used to be 8th st-nyu). The customer service is great, always feel welcome. Excited that the outdoor dining is back!
- TMTom MonahanApr 4, 20262.0I just ate a cardboard sandwich. I've been a customer of the other store on McDougal Street for 20 years. This is not the same; I asked for one sandwich with hummus and one with baba ghanoush and both of the sandwiches came out dry. Salesperson said that they do put it on the bread on the inside. It's not. When you go to McDougal it's basically floating in hummus or baba ganoush. So, this is not the same experience. Also would argue it's not the same hummus. Would never come back.

The employees knew the meat was spoiled and still continued to sell it, they only cared about money, not about the customer's health!

Picked up a chicken pita sandwich tonight but waited until I was home to eat it. First bite, there were two suspicious pieces of chicken. They were rubbery and didn’t pull apart like fully cooked chicken. I called the restaurant to see if anything could be done and they were expectedly unhelpful. The girl said if I could come in again, they’ll give me another sandwich but I said it wouldn’t be until the weekend and she said then “no, there is nothing they will do.”
