  Nous avons testé Magnolia Bakery suite aux nombreuses vidéos vues sur TikTok, et clairement, c’est une adresse à ne pas manquer lors d’un passage à New York. L’enseigne propose une large variété de desserts, mais nous avons choisi de goûter leur fameux banana pudding en version grande (un peu moins de 8 dollars). Résultat : nous nous sommes vraiment régalés. Le dessert est généreux, gourmand et à la hauteur de sa réputation. En résumé : une valeur sûre pour une pause sucrée, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour New York.

  Loads of plastic… didn’t like the way they display the food… not good to see, not good for the environment and it doesn’t look yummy. Got a red velvet piece of cake, should have taken the muffin, which is much better. It tasted ok, nothing special.

  This isn't a recipe necessarily for the food, but the manager. I'm a teacher with a group of kids all the way from California and one of my students was feeling sick. The manager ran over to Shake Shack, got him a bun, and gave him tea to settle his stomach. She did this without hesitation, with full kindness, and concern for my student. I'm forever grateful for her and the staff who stepped up to help my student feel a little better ❤️

  The light skin male cashier with glasses is a mess. I don’t know if he is Spanish or black but he doesn’t like his job . He seems very annoyed. I asked him to tell the server to put less banana pudding in the cup and the cashier just stood there. He didn’t communicate with the server and went back to staring in space. All those people working in there , the job should not be stressful. By the way I was the only one on line. I had to tell the server to put less banana pudding in my carrot cake banana pudding.

  I wanted to purchase a large banana pudding, but they informed me that it was unavailable, even though a gentleman was filling them up and the only task he needed to complete was placing a lid on it. I decided to buy a small one and sat down across from them. After two minutes, he placed it on the counter to sell. I returned to complain, but he accused me of lying. What kind of customer service is this? I simply wanted to buy a larger one.
