  Food is delicious, service is intimidating Food was very tasty. However, the front desk staff was quite harsh and made the experience uncomfortable. We were told off multiple times (for not seeing a sign, for how we spoke), and it felt stressful to even order. We ended up not dining in. Would consider takeout, but not eating there.

  Deserves 2.5 stars. Giving 1 star to balance out the clearly overhyped or fake 4.8 stars that it currently has. Food is farrr too sweet and overall just lacks flavor compared to many other thai spots in the city. It’s not like this place is cheaper than the others. It should taste as good.

  It’s a nice Thai restaurant! The place is very small ! We had ordered pho and pork dumplings! The dumplings were good but the Pho broth was very sweet, the beef was very rubbery it was like frozen very thin slices just heated up ! They had no taste! The pho didn’t taste like pho at all!

  Amazing service from start to finish at Koo Thai. The food was absolutely incredible. My husband and I stop in on a whim and we were so blown away. We live out on Long Island but would definitely consider driving out JUST for this restaurant and their staff. We had everything from an appetizer, entree, dessert AND drinks! So amazing

  This was in my top 3 favorite Thai places. I travel for work and visit around 60 cities a year. My routine almost immediately is finding an authentic style Drunken Noodle. These guys did not disappoint. It was fast, fresh and delicious. I will be back!
