- AKAnastasiia KMar 21, 20261.0Went here recently the service wasn’t good and the cashier didn’t even get our orders right. They seemed mad for no reason, and had an attitude. Their iced matcha tasted awful . Got “aloe juice infused water” from their fridge and it tasted like straight tap water, would not bother coming here. Such a waste of money. 🤷🏻♀️
- JVJennifer VaughnMar 15, 20261.0There is a miserable woman in her 20s who works here some days, and she was particularly unpleasant and dismissive today (Sunday, 3/15, at 1:20pm). To the degree that I won’t go back. She’s so busy having a conversation with someone on her headphones, which completely obstruct her ability to hear customers, that she’s tossing things angrily when asked for help. I just asked her if she’d ever tried any of the soups, admittedly knowing I wouldn’t get any help but sort of testing the situation. She snapped “no,” and that was it. This is a shame, because there is a Latin woman potentially in her 30s who works here mostly on weekdays and she is amazing. She promotes the soups and can speak in an educated way about the products. Gen Z is not winning at this store, unfortunately. Does this mean that they’re not paid enough? Usually good employees are retainable when pay is high enough.
- FLfirst lastJan 27, 20261.0I ordered to toogoodtogo. Contents were 2 sloppy oatmeal and one was clearly sitting out because it was completely liquified A Kelp salad, taste was decent. The biggest offender was the roasted veggie salad which was basically kale and diced carrots. ZERO flavor, I’ve never had such a bland salad in my life. It was gross I can only imagine what their smoothies taste like based on the oatmeal which did not taste good at all. This a place I wouldn’t return to if they were giving out stuff for free.
