  I am very disappointed. I ordered a turkey sandwich with provolone. They barely put a slice of turkey in the bread. I also asked for mayo in it..and they did not add it. What I received for a sandwich was not worth $10. I wish I’d looked at it before leaving.

  This is a great location, very clean and super friendly staff. They make the sandwiches with care which you can't always find in chain sandwich shops. Salma is also fantastic, I love to see her when I come in.

  I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John’s. For two days in a row I came in to order, and there was no one at the register. I had to stand there for 5–10 minutes each time, calling out and waiting for someone to come take my order. It’s frustrating to walk into a restaurant and feel like you’re invisible. What made it worse is that during a previous visit I specifically asked for my sandwich without bacon because I’m allergic to it. Despite clearly requesting this, the sandwich still came with bacon inside. That’s not just an inconvenience — for someone with an allergy it can actually be dangerous. Customer service and attention to basic requests should be the bare minimum. Waiting around for staff and having dietary requests ignored is not acceptable. I really hope management addresses these issues.
