  If I could rate the service a zero I WOULD. I was at Jamba Juice around 9:20-9:30. As a first time customer I wanted to take my time picking a drink to order. I was with another friend debating which drink to pick when a Hispanic lady mockingly tells me the store is closed. I felt rushed, and disrespected and decided to walk away. A few minutes later I see a man ordering. I felt the treatment was disrespectful and uncalled for. They lost a customer.

  I was about to order at 9:30pm, while this lady I believe she was Hispanic and she was short. I was looking at the menu while she mockingly said “aww we’re closed did you wanna order?” So we stepped aside since we believed it was closed. We then saw a man order at the counter order a few minutes later while we were told it was closed. That was highly unprofessional, lost a customer.

  I had to wait a while before someone turned around to take my order. It might help to have one employee consistently facing the counter and ready to assist customers, especially during rush hour. The ordering process was also a bit confusing. The cashier kept asking about a protein option for my smoothie, but it was difficult to understand him, and I had to ask multiple times for clarification beyond just confirming the drink I selected. It made for a somewhat awkward interaction. It would be much more efficient if all add-on options were clearly listed on the menu, so customers can easily see and choose what they want in advance.

  Absolutely amazing experience at Jamba Juice in the Port Authority Bus Terminal! Despite the busy location, the staff was incredibly friendly, fast, and efficient. My medium protein shake was perfectly blended, fresh, flavorful, healthy and exactly what I needed on the go. The store was clean and well-organized, which is impressive given how high-traffic this area is. Whether you’re commuting or just passing through, this spot is a refreshing must-stop. All of the staff are lovely, and you taste the love in your shake or smoothie! Highly recommend!

  So I go pretty often. I always get waffle parfait no waffle sub for banana. The base is always coco whip. I literally go every other day. Always amazing! Until today- I barely got any cocowhip at all. It was the smallest layer. Super disappointed cause I pay $14 for this bowl and to not get anything.
