  Ice cream: great. Employees: very petty. Lost regulars, local customers today. I’ve been a regular customer here AND also at L'Arte del Gelato in Oculus since I’ve been living here since 2017. Depending on what flavor I feel like eating, my family toggles between this shop and L’Arte. Today, my 6 year old and I were walking from L’Arte bc we felt like eating Mascarpone, a flavor that Haagen don’t have. He dropped his spoon in front of Haagen and far from L’Arte so he went into Haagen and asked for a little spoon and they said “no, you didn’t buy icecream from us” I walked in to say, “hi, we buy ice cream from here regularly as well” And still couldn’t find the kindness in their hearts to hand out a plastic spoon to a child. So now, they have lost a regular customer plus ALL my neighborhood friends who are also regulars here bc of the level of pettiness to a child.
