At 1:04 a.m., while I was still eating, the security guard decided to kick us out with zero respect. He literally turned off the lights while we were still at the table, as if we were a problem he needed to get rid of. Also he said bad words to us even if we were 2 ladies there! So disrespectful! I love five guys but this person is horrible! There was no warning, no communication, no basic courtesy—just rude and unacceptable behavior from the security staff. This is not how you treat paying customers, especially when they’re still in the middle of their meal. Completely unacceptable.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
