    We had arrived for an early lunch on New Year’s Eve and were met with an extremely rude server. The rest of the servers were extremely sweet however Nisha (the name of the server I believe) needs to learn customer service and respect especially during a period of the day that was not busy. She was extremely dismissive, giving rude remarks to not only my family members but also other members of the public who were customers. While waiting for my food, I observed her rudely shouting at incoming customers through the door - to which they left the store shortly after and I also observed a few customers shouting some remarks back after they had collected the food - rightfully so as this server had extremely bad body language. She made no eye contact whatsoever, failed to understand or accommodate to the customers choices and created a bad experience for every customer sitting in that store as I overheard conversations from another family that was waiting for their food. This was unlike the next servers who took over for her and instead created a welcoming atmosphere.

    This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took approximately 45 minutes for our orders to be prepared, which was already a very bad start. The food quality was extremely disappointing. The chicken wings were overly dry, while the chicken tenders were excessively greasy and soaked in oil. The corn was actually quite good in flavor, but unfortunately it was incredibly salty and almost inedible. The French fries were acceptable, but nothing special. The sauces served with the chicken were terrible and completely ruined the dishes. If I had not already paid for the meal, I would have preferred not to eat it at all. 😀 Overall, this experience fell far below any reasonable expectation, and I would not recommend this place.

    For a fast food place, this branch took THIRTY MINUTES to serve me my food. INSANE WORK. There were people waiting everywhere for their food and workers were just standing around with no rush at all.

    I feel so disrespected & violated these guys at this wingstop on 102nd st & Broadway was terrible! Didn’t want to make my chicken crispy well done I kindly asked them when I placed my order at the counter can I see the chicken before it’s tossed in the sauce a quick 10 min goes pass & the female who took my order & knows the request I made to take a look before it’s tossed tells me it’s already in the sauce & she told the cook & he took it upon himself to not do so then opened the bag of course my chicken was under cooked not crispy & still soft so I asked for it to be remade so I trusted them to have it right the second time it was worse the flavors I ordered were mango habernero & Louisiana rub they re-dropped the sauced up chicken back in the oil then gave it to me I got home & was devastated by the looks of my food! & it was still under cooked but looked burnt so I threw it away but managed to get this picture of it before I dumped it in the trash, a whole $22 waste also the employee are very impatient the store close 12am to 1am everyday I arrived to the store today around 5 or 6pm & they were rushing orders as if it was closing time. I am very very VERY dissatisfied with how I was treated & handled & I need a refund I live close by in the area & I will be back everyday if I have to because no customer who’s paying they’re hard earned money be treated in such a foul way PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES!

    We were the second group of 4 in the restaurant and the wait for our food was like 40 mins. Clearly it’s lack of staff and mgmt has no clue on turning tables. Granted there were some delivery orders but that would signal any idiot to hire more staff right? The group that came in after received their food first. There are plenty of places to eat here in NYC. I recommend to give this joint a pass.
