Wish I could say that I had a pleasant experience, but I did not. I believe there was a manager on duty that seemed as if he did not want to be there at all. Staying on his phone and when I asked a question totally ignored me, but I guess he must like women because as soon as a lady came by, he made sure to get off his phone and speak with her. A customer is a customer and should be treated as such. By the way, it took over 30 minutes for us to get just chicken and fries

I’m definitely a glutton for punishment because I keep going back here even though they almost always get my order wrong. The wings are solid, but I try to avoid going inside because the wait time is usually 15 minutes longer than the estimate.
What’s really annoying is the fake customer service. Look, if you're not actually going to make things right, just don't pretend. Because I order from them so much, if it’s something small I will just let it slide. At this point, I’m over here collecting IOUs like Pokémon cards because something's missing from my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And no, I’m not coming all the way back to the restaurant to pick up something they forgot in my delivery.
The best part? One time I actually responded to their "how'd we do?" email, and a manager responded with a text message saying "Next time you’re here I’ll be sure to make things right once again our apologies." I usually get delivery so by the time I made it back to their location a lot of time had passed. I showed him the text and he told me it had been too long. Maybe put that in the fine print or offer an official coupon instead of a text? At this point they basically owe me brownies, fries and several drinks because their soda fountain is always flat.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
How can I input special instructions into my online order?
We offer the most commonly ordered menu items as options for our online ordering system. If you're craving something special and can't find it online, call your Wingstop directly and they'll get your flavor hooked up.
