I’m curious, if he doesn’t like his job just quit. On top of the previous, the store is ugly and dirty, full of homeless making trouble and bothering customers. Last but not least, the order came in a bad shape, I had to go to the cashier twice, and the guy in charge answered in an improper manner. Please avoid this place, you have a lot of burger restaurants nearby Times Square!!

You advertise that you do not even freeze your meat, so how is it ICE COLD? The soda machines that are supposed to be out for the customers have been out of service over 3 months. They never even tried to fix trhem. Now, they say the one behind the counter is broken. So this is the ONLY WENDY'S IN THE WORLD WHERE YOU CAN NOT GET A SODA! It's crazy, and pathetic. Close this place down
