Even my order was incomplete, I had to ask for what was missing. Environment was unkempt. People that didn't order anything were allowed to bring in outside food and dine in there! Avoid this location.

I can’t believe such service and employee quality exist in this international company. BTW I got stomach flu after having your meal, what a dirty environment and process.

Firstly he was talking to his employee in a may manner. Then when I received and incorrect sandwich, he remade it with an attitude after telling me that it is not what I ordered. After remaking the sandwich with an attitude, he gave me another wrong sandwich and was upset that I asked for a correct one. I asked his name and he told me “Wonder Woman”. I spend a lot of money amongst my children and I. I will never come back to this Wendy’s again. That manager needs to be retrained on leading by example and showing customer service. Disgusting. Waiting 20 minutes for attitude is ridiculous.

The guy looked at me and started asking me that I really not have barbecue sauce. If I was lying then he goes to the lady in the back and she says oh she doesn’t get barbecue sauce because she only ordered sandwiches when in fact my order was a 444 which includes nuggets. It was a very strange experience Recommend anyone go to this Wendy’s.
