Staff took one of my orders wrong and admitted to it but her coworker refused to change my soda once I told her about the staff who took my order wrong. Once the mistake was admitted, she tried to serve me the same soda that was inside the cup size she got wrong. If you work at any food service place, you know this is wrong. They served our drinks before our food so by the time the food was served the drinks were watery. The staff does not co-work with each other and the biggie bags for the kids were also wrong ALL OF THEM.
- DPD PmNov 30, 20251.0Place was empty at 8:30pm and I waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich to go, as I was eating it I noticed a funny taste and texture and realized the middle of the chicken was completely raw. I returned to the store to show them it and all they said was, do you want another sandwich? This place is going to get someone very ill, if I get sick from eating that chicken sandwich they will be held liable.
